How Much a Good Bedtime


Sleep is an important part of lifestyle, have a good sleep pattern rule, most do not sleep or sleep deprivation. How much a good bedtime?
All living things need a break after doing the activity / activities, because the activity of living cells using a tissue so that there will be damage to the tissue, the rest is intended to repair the damage in question.

So in conclusion, what a good time to sleep? at least 6 hours in a day (preferably at night time) and not more than 10 hours, because it can lead to obesity.
