Healthy, Exercise for The Elderly


                                           

Healthy life is a dream , a healthy body is always a hope ofevery person, exercise is the way to healthy living. Please notethat the state of body and muscle mass will decrease with age,the longer it will become weaker, especially when you areentering old age. Once you are entering old age, the speedreduction in muscle may be more pronounced. Remember,that your muscles will sustain your order for the move. Whenmuscle mass decreases, then automatically someone will find it difficult to move in old age due to loss of strength and motor skills.


One thing to note is the fact, one study published by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition states that the amount ofmuscle mass is lost when entering old age is one of theparameters related to the shortening of one's age. Research conducted on male subjects who averaged 50 years oldshows that the faster and a lot of muscle is lost, the faster the subject also experienced the death.

So, exercise regularly to maintain muscle mass during old agelater. If you are still young and able melakkan, better exerciseis certainly supported by a healthy diet, nutrition, adequate restand patterns. Come exercise for a longer healthier life!
